We do not accept credit card transactions. Since our products are custom-fabricated, we do not accept returns.

Customer pickup terms: 

Invoices must be paid in full at time of order. We accept checks or cash.  At pick-up, you will be given the opportunity to inspect the product(s) prior to signing an acceptance sheet. North Shore Marble and Granite is not responsible for scratched, cracked, chipped, or broken material after the customer takes possession of it.   

Tile is ordered and sold in full boxes only, there are no returns, refunds, or credits.

Customer pick-up hours are from Monday – Friday 9 – 4.

Installation sales terms:

Due to the nature of every counter, vanity, or fireplace being custom made, all sales must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Samples:

Considering that marble, granite, and limestone are products of nature, variations in color, shade, and pattern are normal, and should not be considered defects.

All stone fabricating will be performed by North Shore Marble and Granite Company on our premises by our employees. We do not subcontract.
